Models: Teer and Me
This is a stencil piece that I did for a school project... It is meant to be inspired by Banksy, as he was an artist who I researched.
I took a photo of my cat and I, played around with the brightness and contrast in black and white until I was happy, printed it out and blew it up to A3. I then cut out all the black parts so it became a stencil. The canvas is just a random piece of cardboard. Black sorry paint was used over the stencil to project the picture onto the cardboard.
Banksy is also known for his political statements in his art, so I thought up a statement of my own, and wrote it on in permanent marker.
